Super Early Bird Registration

Super Early Bird Registration will only be available to the first 50 registering delegates. Super Early Bird registration closes on Tuesday, 10th October, 2017 unless sold out prior. You must register before this date to receive the discounted super early bird registration fees. All Super Early Bird Registration Fees MUST be paid for by Tuesday, 10th October, 2017. If your payment is received after this date, you will not be eligible for the Super Early Bird Rate and will be charged additional for the Early Bird Rate.

Early Bird Registration

Early Bird registration closes on Friday, 16th March, 2018. You must register before this date to receive the discounted early bird registration fees. All early bird registrations must be paid within 21 days of the date of the invoice and are payable before the commencement of the Conference.

Standard Registration

Standard registration will close on Tuesday, 3rd July, 2018. After this date, late fees will also apply.

Day Delegate Registration

Day delegate registration covers attendance by a delegate for one day only. If you would like to attend for more than one day, a full conference registration must be purchased.

Social Event Tickets

Social event tickets are included in some Super Early Bird, Early Bird and Standard Full Registration fees, but are not included in Day Delegate Fees. Additional tickets may be purchased for accompanying persons or day delegates through the online registration process.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration cancellations received in writing by the Conference Organisers by Friday, 8th June, 2018 will be accepted and all fees refunded less an AUD$125 administration fee. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and address details of the new delegate must be advised in writing to the Conference Organisers at least 5 days prior to the Conference.

Online registration received by GEMS Event Management Australia are considered to be confirmed by the delegate. No tentative bookings will be accepted. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference and any unpaid registration fees will still be payable.

In the case of a medical emergency which has caused a registered delegate to not attend the Conference, the Conference Organiser must be provided with a medical certificate or appropriate documentation before any refund will be considered. Where the Conference Organisers are advised of the situation after the Conference, and a refund is deemed to be appropriate, the delegate must still pay the administration fee, along with any catering charges incurred for all catering events at which they were scheduled to attend.

Accommodation cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to the 100% of the total accommodation fee. No refunds will be made for non-attendance and any unpaid accommodation fees will still be payable.

Delivery Policy

Once your conference registration has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation from EventsAIR confirming successful completion of your registration within a few minutes of registering.  Your Conference Registration Confirmation and Tax Invoice will be sent to you via email and no later than 5 working days.
